Charged "from A to Z" camera with a full-frame matrix, addressed to studio workers, advertisers and subjects. The fact is that the camera uses a 42.4 MP high-resolution sensor without an anti-moire filter. As a result, a mirrorless camera produces detailed shots and has room to manoeuvre when cropping photos without losing quality. The standard sensitivity range of the Sony A7r III kit 28-70 matrix is 100-32000 ISO units.

By software, it is "pumped" to the boundaries of ISO 50-102400. In addition, the model demonstrates a high rate of fire (10 fps) and nimble autofocus speed due to the presence of 399 contrast points and 425 phase-type focus sensors on board. The camera buffer holds 87 compressed RAW images and 28 full size RAW files. In obtaining photos without blurring and a smooth video sequence, a matrix image stabilization system with an efficiency of 5.5 stops of exposure contributes.

Shooting video on a mirrorless camera is carried out in resolution up to 4K with proprietary S-Log2 and S-Log3 profiles. To control the sound, the operator is provided with a microphone input and a headphone jack. The model is equipped with a touch screen on a swivel joint, a high-resolution electronic viewfinder, and out of the box it comes with a universal 28-70mm zoom lens.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Sony A7r III kit 28-70 is a highly regarded mirrorless camera praised for its exceptional autofocus, detail, dynamic range, and battery life. It offers a high-resolution sensor that delivers stunning picture quality for both photos and videos, making it a favorite among professionals and enthusiasts alike. Users appreciate its compactness and matrix stabilization, which enhance its portability and usability. Despite its mechanical shutter, the camera's performance in terms of speed and buffer is impressive. Some users find the menu complex and note that the video is not in 10Bit, but overall, the camera is seen as a professional-grade tool with features like eye-tracking autofocus and a clean color output. While the price may be a barrier for some, those who own it consider it a worthwhile investment, often comparing it favorably to DSLRs and other mirrorless options.

If possible, be sure to buy it.

I first owned an a7 iii, but wanted more resolution. To say the camera is a bomb is to say nothing. Large working ISO, dynamic range, compactness. Possibility to install third-party optics through adapters. I am an amateur photographer with little experience. At first, the menu and the slow turn on of the camera were annoying. To report, you need to turn on the camera in advance. The battery lasts a long time.
Magic picture. Detailing. Autofocus Compact.
Probably the menu is very complicated.

great model, love it

I switched to it from a Nikon d750, I thought my old device was fast) But when I picked it up and shot for about 10 minutes with Sonya, I realized that this is heaven and earth in relation to DSLRs. The camera focuses instantly and catches the model's eye. It itself is not heavy, if you do not attach large lenses. The picture from Sonya not only stretches well, is good at high ISOs, but also has a huge resolution. In the viewfinder you can immediately see the picture taking into account all the settings, you can set it to highlight the knocked-out areas, a histogram, and a 100% magnification when manually focusing.
Picture quality (photos and videos), autonomy, autofocus, matrix stabilization and of course compactness!
Video is not in 10Bit.

A camera made for the pros. The masses don’t know it, so they don’t recognize it.

If there is a "masterpiece button" on a professional camera, this is it. The camera has incredible features that many manufacturers have yet to achieve. For instance, the dynamic range is 15.5 stops. The nearest competitor barely reaches 12. The high-resolution sensor justifies using professional optics. Eye-tracking autofocus works great, capturing from a very long distance. The color of the image is very clean, with no yellowish tint. The white balance performs correctly, often requiring no correction.
All liked it. This is a professional camera, unlike other mirrorless cameras on the market. Only a7p4 is more serious, but not everyone can afford it. But not everyone is a professional.
An excellent working tool. There is no point in looking for any quibbles. Well, the camera you haven’t bought yet can always be better.
