Bought a phone in August 2019. Used it without a case for the first month until I scratched it with wired headphones. Played a PSP emulator and after downloading games, the phone lagged, so I reset it to factory settings and it stopped lagging. Thanks to the memory capacity, I watched two seasons of "Rick and Morty". The photos turn out great (check them out on inst @timofeigluhhov). If you don't play games for too long, like 2-3 hours, the phone can last until the evening. Camera, battery, memory (enough memory for photography lovers) It is unknown why, but scuffs appeared on the corners of the case (maybe due to sand, but the phone has been in a case for a year and a half), it heats up while charging, and it is not very comfortable to play games like PUBG (come on, "games" on the phone, you know what I mean). use Samsung Galaxy A70 128GB/6GB more than year |
FullHD screen, normal camera, works fine in pubg The case is very scratched, the scratches are noticeable, the screen crashed and stopped working (the glass and the protective glass are completely intact), in YouTube there are black stripes on the sides somewhere 1 - 1.5 cm, in fortnite + -15 fps, |
I guess I'll add my review as well. I avoided SAMSUNGs for a long time simply because I knew how reliable and somewhat durable they are. Currently, the smartphone market isn't great; shelves are filled mostly with iPhones, Samsungs, and Honors, with other brands appearing only occasionally. I was lucky to purchase the A70, and like everyone else, I went on YouTube after buying to watch reviews—well, genius. Anyway, the main thing is, this phone, its pros, and its cons have been rehashed a hundred times over, and the downsides, in my opinion, are mere nitpicks: 1) Fingerprint scanner (I agree, but I use smart lock with Galaxy Watch, and only when disconnected from the watch do I use the fingerprint scanner. Even with a screen protector on, the fingerprint works quite well, a solid 3.8 out of 5). 2) Camera, both video and photo, especially in low light + autofocus (I get it, but this isn't a camera. Want great quality photos? Then look elsewhere and buy cameras. This is a phone; it's not supposed to shoot like a professional camera. The quality, FOR A PHONE, is more than decent. Autofocus, is tapping the display really that hard? These are nitpicks from experienced reviewers, but when I showed my colleague my video, he was amazed by the quality). 3) Sound, lacking bass (seriously? Bass?? On a phone? And where is bass adequate? On iPhones? I'll leave that to you). 4) The body isn't metal (this is clearly a nitpick, though it could have been made from a more durable material, but I don't see this as a downside). There are more downsides, but those are minor details. Didn't see among dozens of reviews even one mention of a plus like this: the sound recording quality is simply gorgeous. I record concerts, live rehearsal sessions, and so on, and everything is clear, without any distortion. Otherwise, the pros are the same: large display, good battery, decent processor, design, quality itself, fast charging, USB Type-C. And the fact that it's a Samsung, I think you can add a small plus for that too. They exist, as in any gadget, but it’s more a matter of taste. Therefore, I will not write about subjectivity))) |
