Samsung Galaxy A52 4G 128 GB

A balanced powerhouse from the mid-range mobile phone segment, with plenty to surprise the honest folks. The most chic feature in the model is the Super AMOLED screen, with a diagonal size of 6.5 inches, a refresh rate of 90 Hz, FullHD+ resolution (2400x1080 pixels), an integrated fingerprint scanner, and a punch-hole in the center of the "forehead" area for the 32 MP front camera in an Infinity-O style.
The rear photo module setup looks even more impressive—the device's main camera combines image sensors of 64 + 12 + 5 + 5 MP (main stabilized sensor, ultra-wide, macro module, and auxiliary sensor for background blur). However, the back cover of the Samsung Galaxy A52 4G 128GB is made of plastic. Inside the smartphone, there's a powerful combination of the Snapdragon 720G mobile processor, Adreno 618 graphics, and 6/128 GB memory. Enhancing the device's rating is a 4500 mAh battery with support for accelerated charging procedures (25 W). Additionally, it's worth noting the NFC chip and the IP67 water resistance standard for the body.

The worst phone I've ever used, I'm 14, my friends, grandfather, and grandmother gave me a decent sum for my birthday, so I decided to upgrade my Honor 7C after four years of use to a new phone. My mom insisted on Samsung (she's been using Samsung phones since she was about 12, and ONLY the S series), and I REALLY regret listening to her and not choosing OnePlus or Realme... Here's a Snap, not an Exynos, THAT'S IT, the advantages of the model end there... Oh, no, the back cover is matte, now that's definitely it. Processors (+ graphics), both very old and extremely low-powered for gaming, it's only good for playing Snake (old Nokia is top), performance, battery life, screen flicker, PWM, there's no value for money, for 30,000 rubles you would expect much more, at least 6GB of RAM in the initial model... |
The 32MP selfie camera is myopic! It takes good selfies up close. When I step a meter away from the phone to take a full-length selfie, the picture turns out blurry! The outline is completely blurred, not to mention the presence of shiny hair strands or wrinkles on the face. How can a 32MP camera blur the photo that much?! Black color is not captured at all. A dog's black nose or a black cat just appears as a black spot... My previous phone was a Samsung S4 mini for 3 years, then an S6 edge for 4 years, and an S10 for 2 years. And I know how a Samsung phone can take pictures. I ended up with an S10 with a factory defect, it kept turning off all the time. And one day it didn't turn on anymore... It's upsetting that a $1000 phone can let you down like that. Now, I don’t want to spend that kind of money. But a $500 phone just can’t take pictures well... Beautiful phone, bright screen, battery lasts for 2 days, loud ringing, clear sound, ability to use a flash drive, Samsung Pay available, water resistant Selfie camera 32MP nearsighted! Takes good selfies up close. I step a meter away from the phone to take a full-body selfie, and the photo comes out blurry! The contour is completely blurred, not to mention any shiny hairs or facial wrinkles. How can a 32MP camera blur a photo so much?! Doesn't see black at all. A black dog's nose or a black cat just turn into a black spot... My previous phone was a Samsung S4 mini for 3 years, then an S6 edge for 4 years and an S10 for 2 years. And I know how well a Samsung phone can take photos. I got an S10 with a factory defect; it kept turning off. And one day it never turned on again... It's disappointing that a $1000 phone can fail like that. Now, I don't want to spend that kind of money. But a $500 phone apparently can't take photos... use Samsung Galaxy A52 4G 128GB/4GB few months |
A good phone in my opinion, it arrived exactly what I expected. Before purchasing, I advise you to read the reviews, and you will finally understand what kind of phone it is, what its pros and cons are. Very good screen, fast fingerprint scanner, system speed, One UI shell itself, appearance, presence of 2 slots and 3.5 jack. I was very pleased with the 90Hz screen. The battery life is not bad. For some reason, the day after installing the SD card, it stopped working and the phone switched it to "Read-only" mode. I have no idea why. Also, Face ID stopped working, it just says "face not detected" right away, and that's it. |
Design
The model of the middle price segment from the eminent Samsung brand has replaced the Galaxy A51, but with improved features and good value for money. The appearance of the smartphone will primarily appeal to the fair sex due to its delicate colours. The back panel here is matte plastic, and although it gives out belonging to the middle level, it is pleasant to the touch and does not slip like glass. It is a sin to hide such beauty in a case, but you should be careful with the frame — it is also made of plastic and is quickly covered with scratches. In addition, the case received protection against water IP67, which allows short-term immersion to a depth of up to 1 metre. Girls will also appreciate it: the gadget will help you take a picture for social networks near the pool or in the rain and after that it will not die the death of the brave.
By the way, about the camera. Its design is not completely copied, but it resembles the Galaxy S21, although the set of sensors is, of course, more modest. This is a 64 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 123-degree field of view and two additional 5 MP sensors for blurring the background and macro photography. Photos are decent, especially in good lighting conditions, but details are lost in night mode. The 32-megapixel front camera is located in a small round cutout at the top of the display, it does not catch the eye and looks neat.
Super AMOLED display
Also Samsung Galaxy A52 4G boasts a good screen. This is a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED with FullHD + resolution (2400x1080 pixels), protected by durable Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The picture is clearly visible even in bright sunlight, and the 90 Hz refresh rate adds smoothness. However, you can switch to the standard 60 Hz to conserve battery power. The issue of security is taken over by an under-screen fingerprint scanner, which works quite quickly, but in terms of response speed, of course, it cannot be compared with the Galaxy S21 sensor. You can also unlock your smartphone using face recognition.
Performance and battery life
Unlike the Galaxy A51, its successor is equipped with a Qualcomm chip instead of the proprietary Exynos. It uses the eight-core Snapdragon 720G, which turned out to be quite successful for mid-low-cost devices. The performance is enough to perform everyday tasks and not too demanding games, but the RAM is not enough — 4 GB. There is also a version with 8/256 GB, but it costs much more. A 4500 mAh battery will provide a decent one and a half to two days of battery life, support for 25 W fast charging is announced. But note that only a 15-watt charger is included in the kit.
There are also stereo speakers, an NFC chip, a 3.5 mm jack for wired headphones and a hybrid slot for two SIM cards or one SIM card and a microSD memory card.
