i have been complaining since the very day about the announcement of this model and I have nothing to say very pleasant to the touch phone screen; super AMOLED has not burned out, just slightly yellowed; optimization is just wow!, still "flies"; battery lasts long; speakers are amazing; really quite waterproof, fell into the toilet once - survived ;) camera: Although it is the first phone in the world with 4 cameras, the quality of those cameras and the photos they produce leaves much to be desired; after 3 years of active use, an error appeared "phone does not recognize SD-card" which constantly reminds and then disappears; Samsung stopped updating Android for this model. I recommend buying this phone to those who are not looking for hardware, but for quality but at a more or less affordable price. I've been using the phone for about 2.5 months; It works without any friezes, I was very pleased with the protective glass (already glued on) and the included case, because I’m not a fan of buying protection for my phone, and I don’t have to overpay for the case. i was pleased with the phone, I bought it in the UAE, I was pleased with the cameras. I don't regret buying it, every day of using it is a pleasure for me. The screen surprised me, it's excellent in sunny weather, no need to look for shade to view information on the screen. The camera is not bad, and in games, it feels confident; I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I'm satisfied with everything. I've been using it for a little over a month and didn't put on a protective glass but did get a bumper case, no scratches on either the front or back panel. The battery lasts a day even with my heavy use and mobile data turned on. I was very impressed with the battery, the fast charging function, and energy saving. Fingerprint gestures are unstable, sometimes don't work at all (possibly just for me). 2. Multitasking. When you finish working in several windows and go to watch a video, the navigation buttons don't disappear and interfere with video viewing. Restarting the device helps (again, maybe it's just me). They could have used a slightly better processor instead of the 660, no IP 67-68 rating, it would have been great, although the SIM card slots are rubberized, seemingly to protect from water but then they probably thought it'd sell anyway. The role of the leading photo module in the Samsung Galaxy A9 2018 is assigned to a 24 MP image sensor with f / 1.7 aperture optics. In close proximity to it are an 8 MP wide-angle camera with an f / 2.4 lens and a 10 MP telephoto lens with a similar aperture lens. Finally, the fourth in the row is an auxiliary 5 MP photosensor for determining the depth of field of the frame. Frankly speaking, the "quadriga" of cameras takes its toll in quantity, not quality — the final result is obtained at the level of ordinary mid-low-cost cameras.

In the AnTuTu performance test, the hardware scores about 138K points, which is an “above average” result. In fact, the Samsung Galaxy A9 2018 handles with both everyday tasks and the lion's share of modern games with equal success, delivering consistently high fps without dropping frame rates in long sessions.
128 GB from start
With the memory of the model, everything is on top — not every player in the market of modern smartphones can offer a 128 GB configuration from the start. Moreover, the model has a triple tray for two SIMs and a microSD drive(up to 512 GB). Without recharging, the gadget stays afloat for the standard 5-6 hours of active screen time.
