Model overview based on user reviews
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 128 GB / 6 GB is a versatile smartphone that offers a range of flagship features at a more accessible price point. The standout feature is its 120Hz Super AMOLED display, which provides smooth and vibrant visuals, making it ideal for gaming and media consumption. The camera system, equipped with optical stabilization and night shooting mode, delivers high-quality photos and videos. Fast charging capabilities enhance convenience, although some users note that the battery life could be stronger. The phone's durability is bolstered by its IP68 water and dust resistance, ensuring protection against the elements. While the Snapdragon 865 processor offers powerful performance, some users experience heating issues during intensive tasks. The design includes a plastic back panel, which may feel less premium, but the overall build is still appreciated by many. Additionally, the absence of a 3.5mm headphone jack might be a drawback for some, but the stereo speakers provide excellent sound quality. Overall, the Galaxy S20 FE is a solid choice for those seeking a feature-rich smartphone with a few trade-offs.

Garniy phone like for samung, that variant of your respect, but for your mind, the price for a new model is higher, lower by 3000. 1) Updates - This is currently one of the most affordable Samsung flagships, so updates arrive almost on par with the new 22 Ultra. 2) Features - This smartphone has all the serious Samsung features, such as reverse charging, Samsung DeX, and others that the A series lacks. 3) Charger - It is still included in the package. 4) 120 Hz screen - This is one of Samsung's best screens for its price, after which regular 60 Hz screens seem slow, almost like they are lagging. 5) Photos - The smartphone takes great pictures, especially with the main camera, which, by the way, has a night shooting mode. 6) Portrait mode - Automatically blurs the background when recording video. 7) Face scanner - It is not as secure as on the iPhone, but it works quite quickly, sometimes even before you activate it. 1) Video recording is not always stable, sometimes autofocus doesn't work well. 2) The selfie camera takes not very great photos, there's a lot of blurriness in the image. But when recording with it, the image looks much better, I don't know why. 3) Battery - after 3 months, the smartphone doesn't last a full day, so I recommend new owners set the charge limit mode to 85%. 4) Stability - the phone, like all Samsungs, regularly lags, sometimes apps crash, and sometimes the smartphone itself just freezes, 120 Hz unexpectedly drops to 60 Hz, and it is noticeable. 5) Plastic - the back panel is plastic, which is annoying when you carry the phone without a case. But when you put a case on, it stops being so thin and becomes an ordinary smartphone. 6) Fingerprint scanner - works slowly, usually on the 2nd or 3rd try, but you get used to it, and sometimes a simple password saves the day. ![]() |
There is only one conclusion, if you don't want brakes, take "any" other one. Camera and probably nothing more I didn’t even think that it wasn’t the processors!!!! My first S20FE was on Exynos 990 and it got very hot throttling to the point that I "broke" it. Then I got myself an S21 "small" and it’s great!!! compared to the S20FE, but unfortunately the S21 became almost completely unusable after another "drop" and I thought I could go back to the S20FE, but on the "legendary" Snapdragon 865 processor and got it for 31 r. and now I'm writing a warning!!!!! to everyone who wants to buy this damn "heater". Don’t take this "iron"... it probably has cooling issues and when working with the camera or with not very demanding games like football... it heats up and reduces brightness... overall, it’s a brake that you need to still search for in this price category (about 35 r.). And the conclusion due to such work is an error in the design of the phone’s cooling and nothing will help it... ![]() |
Honest review of the Galaxy S20 FE To be honest, if you buy it at full price (50-40 thousand rubles), it's a poor choice, as for 50 thousand you can buy more interesting flagship devices. But! If you get the FE version for 36-32 thousand, it's a fantastic phone! After a month of usage, only one downside was noticed: the battery doesn't last long. From 7 AM to 7 PM, the phone discharges to zero with moderate use, and if you play games a bit and spend a lot of time on social media at 120Hz, even less. However, despite this, the device charges extremely quickly and consistently holds those 10 hours of operation decently. A 30-minute charge powers the phone to around 50 percent (and that's with a 15V charger), which lasts quite a while. For me, this isn't too significant a drawback, as I've gotten used to carrying a power bank everywhere (oh, that A7 2018...). As for the advantages, there are many. The screen is undoubtedly excellent, a 6-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, which makes the phone operate at super speeds (also thanks to the Snapdragon 865). The screen is bright, even too bright, but there's an extra dimming function, so your eyes won't be blinded :). No questions about the camera, it's a flagship-level incredible camera, very decent. Photos are sharp and vibrant thanks to the f/1.8 aperture. Videos have excellent sound and quality. I don't use the front camera, but it's good. The processor and RAM are fast, the device flies, games fly. In conclusion, an excellent device, but not perfect due to the battery. Boldly Flagship cameras with optical stabilization, high-quality display, fast charging (including wireless/reverse charging), powerful processor (Snap, of course), ability to insert a memory card up to 1TB, all flagship settings and functions (which is important, as they are unjustly disabled on mid-range Samsungs), IP68, loud and high-quality stereo speakers, and a very pleasant design. Not the strongest battery, the absence of a 3.5 mm jack (but then again, for some people it is not needed at all), the price at the start of sales, and the disastrous first batch of devices that frantically warmed up, trolled and lagged and had many factory jambs, but already There is no problem, because now devices are sold only on Snapdragon and everything is fine with them. use Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 128GB/6GB few months |
