i've been using it for 2 months, here's what I can say. I'm fully satisfied, the chip is purely for gaming. I configured the curve, overclocked memory to 6000 CL30, reduced TDP to 80 watts, with boost up to 5450 MHz. If you compare it with its competitor, the i5-13600K, then Intel is more appealing in work tasks and synthetic benchmarks due to its smaller cores. However, it's a dead-end platform, while AM5 will still be viable for at least another 3 years. Efficiency, boost to 5450MHz without overclocking, future platforms, L3 cache 32MB. High temperatures (can be reduced with a curve and a few button presses in BIOS), lousy memory controller (memory above 6400 won't run), basically no overclocking, all you might get is 5500, and even that's not stable. Until then, everything is good, z 5070 is a good match Am5, not a high price relative Already now it's often running at 100% to handle the game at maximum settings, the margin is very small, it definitely won't suit cards above 5070.  Yuriy Sidorenko: use AMD 7500F OEM few months |
Wonderful processor Stable CPU, can be undervolted on any board Eats like a pig and heats up, meaning you can no longer put a single-tower cooler on 4 pipes and enjoy it, it's too hot for that. JoSTky: use AMD 7500F OEM more than year |
