The device has acquired support for the Wi-Fi 5 standard and is equipped with four antennas to create an impressive zone of high-quality Wi-Fi coverage. The router is intended for the deployment of a high-speed wireless and cable network in an apartment housing stock, a small private house or a small office. Xiaomi Router AC1200 provides a theoretical throughput of up to 300 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and up to 867 Mbps when using a 5 GHz carrier frequency.
The device was armed with a Gigabit Ethernet class WAN port and two gigabit LAN ports. The model fully supports the processing of VPN traffic, correctly routes IPTV streams, ensures the operation of all relevant security protocols and strong traffic encryption. Access to the router settings is opened through a web interface from a browser or through the Mi Router mobile application for smartphones running Android and iOS. Up to 128 client devices can be connected to the wireless router overnight. The model will fit for comfortable web surfing, watching streaming video on SmartTV, spending time in games, downloading and transferring large files, etc.
