![]() |
An affordable and high-performance wireless router of the Wi-Fi 6 standard with advanced security protocols (including WPA3) and support for robust traffic encryption. It is a product from the 2021 model year, representing a cost-effective dual-band home Wi-Fi router in the AX1500 class. In addition to typical multi-room apartments, it can be used in small private houses and small offices.
It is positioned as an affordable product in the top price category, designed for creating high-performance wireless and wired networks with low latency and impressively high data transfer speeds. To organize an incoming connection to the provider's network, the TP-LINK Archer AX1500 router is equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet WAN port (up to 1 Gbps). Four more LAN ports of the same standard allow the integration of up to 4 Ethernet devices (PCs, Smart TVs, game consoles, NAS, etc.) into a local network.
The heart of the router is a 3-core Broadcom processor (1.5 GHz), working in conjunction with the BCM43217 radio module. This platform supports OFDMA technology, 1024-QAM modulation, and Beamforming, a virtual beamforming technology that directs the signal to specific client devices. Theoretical throughput claims are up to 574 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and up to 1201 Mbps when using the 5 GHz carrier frequency.

We bought it to increase the speed with the operator. We took it as a backup because the operator currently does not provide more than 300 Mbps. Easy setup, with the ability to separate/combine 2.45 GHz networks and distribute priorities among devices. Parental control may be useful for someone, as it even shows the websites visited by the device. Network speed, looks great, management app Not available yet |
