Practical roof mount for a car, designed for transporting one bicycle with a fully equipped weight of up to 17 kg. The bike is installed in an upright position and secured by the fork. Consequently, the user will need to remove the front wheel, which is expected to be stored in the car's trunk. The rear wheel remains in place and is additionally fastened with a strap. The fork bracket is suitable for bicycles with disc brakes and a 20-millimeter through axle.

To prevent bike theft, the slots of the fork mount are lockable with a key. The Thule OutRide 561 comes with T-Track 20x20 mm adapters for mounting the bike rack onto T-shaped rail slots. The model is presented in an assembled state and does not require special tools for installation. The mounting specifications indicate compliance with City Crash standards and compatibility with the One Key system. The bike holder is made from high-strength steel alloy, its dimensions are 137x22x8 cm, and it weighs approximately 2.5 kg.
