Each button can be programmed with 2 actions — the Hypershift button allows you to switch between them. With this in mind, the mouse can be programmed with 11 actions for buttons.
An advanced and multifunctional gaming mouse positioned by the manufacturer in the upper price segment. However, the device has every reason for such positioning. So, the device can be connected to a computer both using a classic flexible cable and using a radio adapter. The mouse has 6 buttons that can withstand up to 70 million clicks each, which allows you to operate the device in intensive mode for many years.
At the same time, the user can programme two different actions for each of the buttons, and a separate Hypershift switch allows you to instantly switch between these settings profiles. The scroll wheel itself boasts a 4-way navigation function, as well as the ability to adjust the resistance. The Razer Basilisk Ultimate is powered by the included battery for up to 100 days of continuous use. At the heart of the device is a fairly advanced Razer Focus + sensor, while the current touch resolution of the model can be adjusted in the range from 800 to 20,000 dpi. The mouse is finished in black, has a scroll wheel and an ergonomic illuminated body that is optimally suited for palm grip.

Works very little on battery, about 8 hours with backlight at 30%, there is no battery discharge indicator, it is very difficult to understand if the mouse is charged to 100% or not, all battery information is stored deep within Razer software, which is terribly inconvenient. Let's start with the positives. Overall, the mouse is not bad. It's comfortable, has a precise sensor, and is pleasant to use. However, there are many drawbacks. The main one is the incredibly flawed Razer Synapse 3.0 software. It CONSTANTLY crashes - every day, sometimes multiple times (it stops recognizing mouse and keyboard profiles, which causes macros and reassigned keys to fail). Closing the software and all services doesn't help; only restarting the system does. Another very unpleasant issue is that the wireless mouse sometimes loses signal (almost every day, sometimes multiple times). This is resolved by turning the mouse off and on again using the switch on the bottom of the mouse. The lighting is a completely useless feature on this mouse because it only lasts for 1 day, and charging it is extremely inconvenient - the dock works poorly and sometimes requires 3-5 attempts to properly connect to the contacts to start charging. Even when properly connected, it sometimes refuses to charge. Sometimes it charges, but there's no charging light indicator, so you have to check the software. It's nonsense. Overall, I'm more satisfied with the mouse than not, but for this price, it has an unacceptably high number of issues.
