The compact motherboard from Gigabyte is designed for gaming builds based on new-generation Ryzen processors (7000 series and above), high-grade M.2 drives, and DDR5 RAM, which flooded the mass market in 2022. It is part of the overclocking product series Aorus Elite, but in terms of price, feature level, and positioning, it belongs more to the mid-range class. It is equipped with an AMD AM5 processor socket and tailored for use with Ryzen 7000 series processors (Zen 4 architecture), which AMD released for sale at the end of 2022.
