A representative of the 2024 Aorus gaming line from Gigabyte is a 27-inch advanced-level monitor. The model is capable of satisfying the most demanding gamers, especially those whose PCs can confidently handle Quad HD video format. The main advantage of the display is the 10-bit QD-OLED matrix. Thanks to organic diodes, reference picture contrast is achieved, and a filter with quantum dots improves color rendition and color depth (99% coverage of the DCI P3 space is declared) and maximum brightness (in HDR mode, it can increase to 1000 nits, although the display itself complies with the DisplayHDR 400 standard).

For gaming fans, the Gigabyte Aorus FO27Q2 monitor can offer a high refresh rate (240 Hz at a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels), an instant response (0.03 ms from gray to gray) and adaptive synchronization of the AMD FreeSync Premium Pro video series. Additional gaming options are also announced, including highlighting dark areas of the frame, displaying FPS, displaying a crosshair, a timer, etc.

Other advantages of the model include a built-in 10-watt stereo system, an ergonomic and flexibly adjustable stand, as well as a KVM switch, thanks to which one set of peripheral devices can be conveniently used with several PCs, for example, a desktop and a laptop. The usual interfaces for video transmission (DisplayPort v 1.4 and HDMI v 2.1) are complemented by a USB type C port: it supports DP Alt Mode and can also be used to charge mobile devices (Power Delivery 18 W function).
