Model overview based on user reviews
The ASRock Radeon RX 6900 XT Phantom Gaming D 16G OC is a high-performance graphics card featuring the RDNA 2 architecture with 5120 shader units and 16 GB of GDDR6 memory. It offers excellent power and RGB lighting, making it a strong competitor to the Ampere 3080Ti. The card includes a quality power subsystem and a decent cooler, maintaining temperatures around 70°C under maximum load. However, it tends to run hot, reaching up to 90°C, suggesting the need for additional water cooling. While it has a large Infinity Cache to balance its 512 GB/s memory bandwidth, its performance drops in games utilizing NVIDIA RTX ray tracing. The card also features PCI-express 4.0 16x and supports Resizable BAR, but the extra 8-pin power connector seems unnecessary. Overall, it is a powerful card with good overclocking potential, though it requires careful thermal management.
Pros

Cons

Standard "almost" reference build RGV with a quite effective cooler.

Photos of RSV are not mine, I’m posting them here to show that the design is actually a reference
- High-performance GPU (RDNA 2, 5120 shader units, 320 TMU, 128 ROP) generally on par with the Ampere 3080Ti
- Plenty of memory, 16 GB across 8 Samsung GDDR6 chips at 4 GHz
- Quality power subsystem (although effectively no different from the reference): GPU - 13 phases on 13 DrMOS TDA21472 (72 A!) on an expensive high-quality 16-phase controller XDPE132G5D (Infineon), RAM - 3 phases on 3 similar DrMOS (72 A) on the IR35217 controller
- Decent cooler, at maximum possible consumption, it shows around 70°C GPU, about 90°C hotspot with rare spikes up to 100°C, although I manually edited the fan speed curve based on temperature
- Good overclocking and GPU operation frequencies - 2500-2550 MHz when pushing power consumption to the max, up to ~2700 without hitting power limits (adjust in AMD control panel, then test under temperature monitoring!!)
- Unnecessarily added 3rd 8-pin PCI-e power connector, whose usefulness is personally doubtful (the entire board clearly doesn't exceed 375 W consumption)
- PCI-express 4.0 16x and support for Resizable BAR (mainly on new motherboards with AMD Ryzen 3000+ / Intel 10+ series CPU)
- Large cache technology Infinity Cache, aimed at balancing the less than optimal memory bandwidth of 512 GB/s
- Essentially the same reference build, nothing special, using the same high-quality components, plus an unclear purpose for the additional 8-pin power connector. In terms of energy consumption, it's not needed.
- Not particularly impressive memory bandwidth of 512 GB/s (256-bit interface) for the model's positioning, which is 1.78 times less than the 3080Ti (912.4 GB/s), although this doesn't particularly affect performance.
- Performance completely drops in games with the application of NVIDIA RTX ray tracing (though there's a debate about what they really offer and whether they are worth it).
- Power consumption can only be increased marginally. The maximum shows 323 W, but this seems to be AMD's feature, which displays consumption after the power converter, not considering its efficiency (for example, with 90% efficiency, it would actually be around 360 W).

Take dropsy for this video card despite the fact that it is RBG and powerful.

You also need to additionally go into computer equipment, components, cooling systems and select a water cooler for yourself.
Power, RBG.
Hot, but the minus will be corrected by dropsy.
it is necessary to install water cooling
