I purchased this device in February 2020. Previously, I used the iPhone 7 with 256 GB, which I gave to my daughter in perfect condition. Now my other daughter is asking for an iPhone too, oh well)))! Anyway, back to the point, after the iPhone 7, the difference is noticeable. When you hold it, it truly feels like a premium product. The materials are very high quality. I was choosing between this and the XR. I held both and immediately decided the XS was more comfortable in my hand, slightly smaller, slightly thinner, smaller bezels, plus I really liked the screen. It fits perfectly in hand, truly a well-thought-out, compact smartphone, very convenient. There's nothing to complain about in terms of performance; everything works very swiftly, no lag, heavy games run at full settings. It has a dual camera; I won't say it takes better photos, but functionally, it's better, with more shooting modes. The polished stainless steel frame is also very pleasing to the touch, unlike matte aluminum, which doesn't feel as nice in the hand, at least for me, as they say, to each their own...!!! I'm satisfied with the purchase. The version with 64 GB is generally sufficient, but you can't shoot 4K video for long, though the price difference is significant, so if you have an extra 5-6 grand, get one with more storage). Overall, the phone is superb, I can confidently recommend it for purchase. The price has already dropped a bit, but I suggest waiting until September when a new model is released, and it will be even cheaper. I bought it at Citrus for 20,000. My first phone from the Apple "ecosystem" :) I'll be honest - it was a gift. And it was golden. But it's not girly at all, and it looks purely like a men's device in a large male hand. I was immediately impressed by the quality of craftsmanship. Everything is detailed down to the buttons and the speaker hole. Didn't like that it took a long time to power on for the first time. I waited about 10 minutes while it did all those greetings in different languages. But in operation, it's very fast. It feels like you just think, and it already did it. The camera is amazing, especially in the evening. Shooting videos is fantastic, I almost wished I was a videographer)) It's bad that it needs to be charged every day, it's like a butterfly phone, living only one day... At first, I was worried I wouldn't master this whole new operating system, since I was only using Android before, but it's actually nothing difficult, as everything here is very intuitive. What can the iPhone Xs attract in 2020? First of all, the price. Secondly, the smartphone is interesting because it has not lost its relevance and is not particularly inferior to newer models. The hardware hardware in the face of the A12 Bionic processor and 4 GB of RAM will pull most tasks for more than one year, the dual camera with optical zoom takes pictures and shoots at a high level, which is enough for the eyes of most ordinary people who are not photographers, and a set of useful buns does not give reasons for sadness.

Not fantastic, but not disappointing either. But the fact that Apple put the usual five-watt charger in the box for such an expensive smartphone is frankly redneck.
