It is actually simple: two recessed knobs, one of which sets the mode, and the second temperature, and a simple electronic programmer. He knows how to work as a timer-reminder, but he can independently turn on and off the oven according to a schedule. I baked vegetables for salad like this, put them in the morning, and in the evening they were already cooling down in my parish. Meringue, cookies, biscuit and muffins - all this is now done quickly and with guaranteed quality. A couple of times they baked meat and chicken, after all, a gil with convection is something. Pork neck and young broilers turned out amazingly juicy, but with a crust. And the oven can be cleaned without any problems, because the guides and the door are easy to remove. It seems to me that the temperatures that are given for the preparation of various dishes and products in the instruction manual are underestimated by 10, and where by 20 degrees. Well, that is, it is over and it works like that, but then the time should also be set not as a table, but by about 10-15 percent more. But, I repeat, this is purely my opinion, maybe someone likes such an extremely gentle preparation. I will add that for bread 190 degrees just right. |
