I was very satisfied with this purchase. It's not the first time I've chosen Tefal, but this time everything came in a proper box, with the pan glued to cardboard to avoid any breakage or scratching. The second thing that pleasantly surprised me was the weight of the pan: at first, I thought it was steel, but it's just quite thick aluminum and has a good thick base. The pan doesn't heat up quickly, but it heats evenly and doesn't cool down immediately if you put a piece of meat on it, unlike pans "made of foil." It cleans excellently and easily, but you should only wash it when it's completely cooled down. It also has good high sides. good aluminum thickness, easy to clean. not found.
