The Zalman CNPS10X Performa cooling system is an effective solution for cooling processors with a maximum TDP of up to 180 watts. The model belongs to the middle class, has high build quality and a thoughtful design, which makes it an excellent choice for gaming and workstations equipped with processors with 6, 8 or more physical cores. In terms of design, the Zalman CNPS10X Performa is a typical tower with a sealed passive radiator and a single 120 mm fan with a unique blade design and an optimized profile for maximum airflow.
The fan operates at a speed of up to 1800 rpm and provides a maximum airflow of 56 CFM (cubic feet per minute) at a noise level of up to 28 dBA, making it one of the quietest solutions in its class. Four heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm effectively transfer heat from the processor to the aluminum fins of the radiator, contributing to a quick and even temperature distribution. The Zalman CNPS10X Performa is easy to install thanks to its mounting system, which is compatible with most modern CPU sockets, including Intel LGA 1200, LGA 1700 and AMD AM4. Bought it for Ryzen 5600. Handles the task well. Although if I were buying now, I would choose something from the new DeepCool lineup. I really liked them. Very quiet. Even at maximum speed, it is practically inaudible. Didn't like the mounting of the "frame" to the motherboard. When tightening the screws, the backplate bends and it's easy to misalign the cooler.
