Practical wireless headphones in line with the True Wireless concept. They are distinguished by good sound quality and the complete absence of wires, which guarantee the user real freedom of movement. Another interesting feature of this model is the ability to use each of the headphones separately (each has two built-in microphones). Positioned as a product of the middle price category of the 2019 model year. The external design of the device bears an undeniable resemblance to the well-known Apple AirPods model. Unlike the previous generation model (which was in-ear), the Xiaomi Air 2 headphones are made in an in-ear form factor. This significantly reduces the level of sound insulation, which makes it possible to hear the sounds of the environment and has a positive effect on the safety of...use in urban environments. Designed for mobile users who want to purchase a universal model for listening to music and voice communication. Integrated omnidirectional microphones and a digital noise reduction system provide confident voice transmission and allow you to communicate with cellular subscribers or popular instant messengers in hands-free mode. Pair with your smartphone, tablet or laptop using the energy-efficient Bluetooth 5.0 wireless interface. The battery life of the headphones is 4 hours, and the charging case increases this figure to 14 hours.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Xiaomi Mi Air 2 headphones offer a stylish design and good sound quality, with a compact and ergonomic charging case. They connect quickly to phones, especially those with MIUI 11, and support the LHDC codec. However, some users experience connectivity issues, especially with PCs, and the headphones may not fit securely in all ears, leading to potential sound quality degradation. The case is considered large by some, and the software is in Chinese, which can be inconvenient. The headphones are durable but may suffer from performance issues if dropped. Battery life is decent, with a single charge lasting 3-4 hours, but some users report issues with the battery holding a charge. Despite these drawbacks, many users find them to be a good value for the price, especially when compared to similar models like the Redmi Airdots. Overall, the Xiaomi Mi Air 2 is a solid choice for those seeking affordable wireless headphones with good sound, though potential buyers should be aware of the fit and connectivity issues.

Buy a cheaper version with the "SE" label.

I've been using it for a year with my Xiaomi MI9 SE phone.
There is support for the LHDC codec, in the phone settings you can flexibly change the codec versions. Laconic design, easy to clean. IMHO for me, due to the lack of rubber bands, they do not fall out during running, yes, they dangle, but do not fall out. You can hear what is happening around. The sound is normal. Audiophiles need to buy in-ear design.
Terrible video delays when using the LHDC codec. Disassembled it because the battery stopped holding a charge, with a capacity of 200 m a/h, which in my opinion is too low for the claimed 14 hours of operation. Given its size, a battery twice as large could have been installed. Sometimes there are connection problems with the phone, no sound on either end. This can be fixed as follows - place the headphones in the case, press the button on the case (the case should not be discharged), wait for 5 seconds, take them out and use.

Good headphones with good sound

I took it for a trial, kept it for regular use. I liked the performance and sound quality (there is almost no delay). Connects without issues. After purchase, you need to update the headphones' firmware.
Sound Quality
LHDC
Operating time (a single case charge is enough for 3-4 headphone charges, a single charge of headphones lasts 3-4 hours with continuous playback)
For Xiaomi - a bit expensive The app for the headphones is in Chinese (???) (at the time of purchase)

High quality, good sound, volume is enough even in a noisy city, I thought they would fall out when running, but no, they hold well
Appearance, ergonomics, control, sound quality
Sometimes they don't connect to the smartphone, you have to tie them again. The LHDC codec turned out to be useless for me, because I don't listen to FLAK, and with this codec the delays are big, it's very difficult to watch videos.
