Compact, multi-purpose, rechargeable LED flashlight. It is a universal hand lamp for everyday use, which is positioned as a product of the middle price category. It is focused on solving a wide range of household and a number of professional tasks. Can be used as a tactical (underbarrel). It will become a reliable tourist assistant, useful for fishing and hunting. It will cope with the task of lighting the steps on a dark landing, help you get the key into the keyhole or find a fallen object in the grass.
The Nitecore P12 LED flashlight is made in an aluminium housing with mechanically strong Type III anodizing. It exhibits high resistance to scratching and retains the appearance of the flashlight for a long time in the most severe operating conditions. Bright energy-efficient LED Cree XM-L2 U2 can work in 4 modes of different brightness. The maximum output luminous flux reaches 1000 lm (in the short-term High mode), which is enough to illuminate objects at an impressive distance of up to 232 m. For long-term operation, Mid / Low / Eco modes are provided with a brightness of 240/70/1 lm with a claimed battery life of 6/28 /520 h. In addition, the SOS and Strobe functions (super-bright flashes for self-defense or scaring away wild animals) are supported. The flashlight is powered by a Li-Ion battery (Nitecore 5000 mAh included) or two CR123A batteries.

I bought this flashlight as a "light for all occasions". I lead an active life, going out into nature with friends, hiking, and often traveling for work related to servicing and repairing cellular station equipment. So, I've had the chance to test this versatile tactical flashlight in almost all modes over the past six months. The flashlight is equipped with the latest ultra-bright second-generation Cree XM-L2 LED. It is thanks to its outstanding performance that a maximum brightness of 1000 lm is possible. It is hellishly bright and in the summer, in the dusty city air, a furious cold beam of light is clearly visible from the lantern. It hits very far, 150 meters, and maybe further. But this mode only works for 3 minutes, after which the overheating protection switches the LED to an average brightness, which is 210 lm. The difference is significant and such brightness is just what can be useful in real life. The next two modes can be called economical and ultra-economical (70 and 1 lm, respectively). The first of them is suitable for lighting at close range, and the second is not a light, but rather a nightlight. There is a very convenient feature for indicating the battery charge by illuminating the mode change button. Two warnings are implemented: slow blinking when the charge drops below 50% and fast blinking when the battery needs to be replaced. Excellent metal case with mineral glass and comfortable large rubberized buttons that can be easily pressed with gloves The guaranteed nameplate resistance to drops from a height of 1.5 meters was accidentally proved by our own experience of a flashlight falling onto concrete from a height of 120-130 centimeters. As a result, the vaunted Premium Type III anodizing with anti-abrasive coating was knocked down to a shiny metal in two places and a slight deformation (dent) formed in the body made of aerospace aluminium alloy. You should not repeat my experience, performance is preserved, but the appearance can be ruined very quickly. |
Don't pay attention to "Made in China". It's a very high-quality product. Soldiers from the ATO ask volunteers to bring specifically Nitecore products for under-barrel flashlights. That says something. And most importantly: Don't be stingy and buy a good battery. I personally have a Soshine 3400 mAh. Even though it costs 200 UAH, the flashlight works completely differently. Comfortable to hold in hand. No "head" imbalance during use. Very high-quality finish. Wide range of applications. Convenient to carry even in a breast pocket. Powerful light output. I've been using it for two weeks. Haven't discovered it yet. use Nitecore P12 week i recommend it should buy |
