An updated version of the NU headlamp from the popular Nitecore brand, introduced to the market in 2023. This is an advanced illuminator that can serve as a good choice for both domestic or tourist use, as well as for industrial use (inspection, maintenance, repair), search and rescue work, sports, etc. The NU50 model has an improved 21700 4000 mAh battery. Among the additional accessories for the device there is an auxiliary remote battery pack, which allows you to significantly increase autonomy.
With a factory battery, the Nitecore NU50 (6-1500) headlamp can illuminate for 180 hours (8 lm mode). The backlight is based on True Vision+ technology. The light is now evenly distributed with a wide 100° beam. Turbo mode is available, providing brightness up to 1400 lm. The light head has a built-in proximity sensor. If there is an obstacle ahead, the brightness automatically decreases, which allows the flashlight not to overheat and the user’s eyes to be less tired. The body of the illuminator is made of high-strength polycarbonate, but the front cover is made of aluminium alloy. The model is equipped with an elastic strap 36 mm wide. The headband is well ventilated. The illuminator received a pair of auxiliary red LEDs.
