Simple, convenient, light. Charges quickly, holds the charge well, easy to manage, soft strap but holds nicely, water-resistant. The charge lasts for two night fishing trips, considering that I sleep for half of the fishing time. The light isn't strong enough, but for fishing you don't need to shine far.
