I took my laptop to the store to check the trial shots. When I used the zoom, as I adjusted it closer to the maximum, the sharpness disappeared, and capturing a shot became impossible because everything "blurred" on the display, and nothing was visible. When I painstakingly managed to zoom in on price tags in the store, the text was very blurred when viewed on the laptop. I also used the zoom to photograph a painting, but it was hard to make out anything during playback in the store, especially the text.
