Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 5

The fifth generation of TicWatch smartwatches from the Mobvoi brand is a mid-budget solution based on Wear OS 3.0. The device has a round dial that is protected by Gorilla Glass. The case is made of aluminium and meets the military standard of protection MIL-STD-810H (at the same time, the water resistance is 5 ATM, which, among other things, allows swimming in the pool - there is a corresponding fitness mode).

The model is powered by a 4-core Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 processor with a clock frequency of 1700 Hz, which claims a 2-fold increase in performance compared to the previous generation solution. There is also 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. The Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 5 smart watch supports receiving Bluetooth calls (has a microphone and speaker), has a built-in audio player, Wi-Fi 4 for wireless data transfer, and NFC for contactless payment with Google Wallet.

Sports fans will be pleased with the presence of 100 fitness modes, its own GPS module with maps and the ability to track along the track. The function of determining the user’s recovery time after physical activity (assessing readiness for new workouts) also deserves special mention. For interaction, a 1.43-inch touch screen with an AMOLED matrix and a rotating crown with haptic feedback are proposed. Autonomy is declared for 3 days, for which a 628 mAh lithium-ion battery is responsible, while in just half an hour it can be charged to 65%.
