Drum sander with a power of 860 W and a rotation speed of the attachment up to 3500 rpm. The tool is designed for quick cleaning of large metal surfaces, as well as the removal of rust and paint materials. Cylindrical metal and nylon brushes with a diameter of 100 mm and a width of 120 mm can be installed on the output shaft of the Makita 9741 sander. During operation, the tool rests on rollers located at the back and front of the housing (the position of the front roller is adjustable in height). A dust collector (not included) or a vacuum cleaner hose can be connected to the sander (a corresponding plastic adapter is provided). The device weighs 4.2 kg and has a 5 m long power cable.
