Model overview based on user reviews
The LEBERG Thor LBS/LBU-TOR09 is a budget-friendly inverter air conditioner that offers efficient cooling and heating for spaces up to 26 m². Users appreciate its energy-saving capabilities and the ability to operate in temperatures as low as -15°C. The model is equipped with features like a timer, auto restart, and self-diagnosis, making it convenient to use. However, some users have noted that both the indoor and outdoor units can be noisy, which might be disruptive in sleeping areas. The design is minimalistic, and while the build quality is satisfactory, the service experience has been mixed, with some users facing challenges in getting issues resolved. Overall, it is considered a good option for those seeking an affordable inverter air conditioner with decent performance.

very good. But if you buy it on discount, it's a superb option!

i bought it for heating the office. It was -24°C on the night of Epiphany. It ran for two nights at that temperature and survived. I consulted with specialists, and the most important thing is not to turn it off. When operating, the compressor stays warm, and it will continue to work since it has protection that prevents the compressor from being damaged. If you turn it off, it might not start again when it's very cold, as it will activate the protection mode. Additionally, when installing, the line should be at least 3 meters long to prevent hydraulic shock. Installers know this (if they are competent). There's no defrost for the tray and no compressor crankcase heating, but that was expected since it's operational to -15°C and lacks such features. You will sometimes need to defrost it manually with a heat gun, fortunately, it's on the first floor, so it's not too complicated. I also noticed that it changes the airflow speed of the outdoor unit, most likely it’s a full inverter, but that's not certain. I'm satisfied with the air conditioner. I got it on discount, and the declared power matches its performance, which is very pleasing. Many budget inverters have manufacturers that overstate the power, set a good price, but in reality, people buy the model and later find out that it's weaker and insufficient. That's not the case here. I can recommend it. I have a 12 BTU, and it draws 1.2 kW at maximum from the grid, for those interested.
operates for heating at -24, tested, matches the stated power.
design for an enthusiast, Rechi compressor (budget), not the quietest outdoor and indoor unit.
good model, I liked it.

I wanted to buy an air conditioner for a long time, but there was always not enough money. Good road models are worth it, but somehow I didn’t want to buy cheap rubbish. Finally, I collected seven thousand and a few kopecks and decided to consult with my son about the model. But he said that for this money you still can’t buy anything good and that he will add another 2.5 thousand to buy such an inverter model. The fact that the inverter is a good option, I also understood, so without hesitation, I agreed.
Let this be a budget, but still an inverter model, which is in itself quite good. The idea of an inverter is in the smooth control of the compressor's operating speed, meaning it can adjust to the necessary conditions rather than operate in stop-start mode, as regular models do. The air conditioner was installed in an 11 square meter room, but it is a passageway, so its cool air gets into the neighboring 15 square meter room, and if you open the door, into the kitchen as well. It easily cools two rooms, but besides that, it can also switch to heating mode and work as a heat pump, drawing warmth from the air outside. Surprisingly, it can do this up to a temperature of -15 degrees. It can also effectively dehumidify the air, which I have personally verified, or just circulate air like a regular fan. It is controlled with a small, but quite convenient remote control. It's easy to maintain, removing filters is no big deal. It has a two-year warranty.
To be honest, I was hoping for a quieter operation of the indoor unit, but the fan is not entirely quiet. It blows perfectly, but the sound was annoying at first. The external unit also does not differ in quiet operation, but this is not so critical.
a model with serious flaws

Bought from Foxtrot, installed in October 2017... Worked for a week on heating, after that it does not work. Catches up to the temperature set for heating in the room, turns off, then does not start again, is in standby mode. You have to unplug and plug it back in to start again. I have been contacting service centers for six months - zero results! No one can explain what the blinking windmill on the panel of the indoor unit means. Bad model and bad service.
VITALIY:  i recommend it don't buy
