A true find for streamers, content creators, podcasters, and experienced gamers. The model with the index S replaced the original HyperX QuadCast at the end of 2020. Its standout customizable RGB lighting system — all adjustments are made in the proprietary HyperX NGENUITY software. Note that users have over 16.7 million RGB lighting shades to choose from. Another feature of the microphone is the switchable polar patterns: stereo, omnidirectional, cardioid, and bidirectional.
HyperX QuadCast S is almost ready for any recording and is additionally equipped with a sensitivity control knob at the bottom of the body. A touch area for quick muting has been placed on the "top" of the microphone. Other design nuances include a headphone jack. The microphone's connection to a computer or other recording devices is facilitated via the USB type C interface. The model's equipment includes a pop filter for eliminating extraneous noises and a desktop stand with a shock mount. If necessary, the device can be mounted on a microphone stand or tripod.

Works amazing, for YouTube it's the best. Discord friends got high on the microphone. You can turn it off (for privacy lovers like me, this may be important) without removing the cable from the PC, it looks beautiful (the backlight pleases the eye), it is intuitive, the volume is adjustable, the sound is excellent (if you speak close to the microphone, otherwise it will be either quiet or there will be extraneous noise). I would also like to note a solid cable in the kit :). The wire is thick, but good If you talk far, then there will be extraneous sounds, but they are not so strong and this is especially noticeable unless you are an announcer or a YouTuber, or a streamer. Also of the minuses is soft-touch plastic, it quickly gets dirty and spoils the view. Can be used as an rgb lamp, you can tilt it along one axis away from you, there is a backlight adjustment and the option to create your own. Beautiful design, rubberized legs. Quick shutdown with one click and volume control from below, as well as suppression of rustling breathing sounds, sometimes immediately sometimes later a couple of seconds. Perhaps this is the size in height, if you have a holder that is attached to the table, then skip this point because with the holder you can adjust it to the desired angle. The sound pickup radius is a little large, it seems to be set so that only the sound is taken from my side, but there are keyboards or if I move the mouse close, the clattering sound will be recorded - approximately at a distance of 1-4 cm from the side that is recording. A good microphone, but when connected it works quietly, I updated the drivers, tried everything, I wanted to return it. And then I found a way for it to work normally, you need to change the volume (level) of the microphone in the Windows 2 settings !!! times and then it starts to receive sound normally (perhaps this is not a microphone issue, but to the motherboard, or it does not start correctly with Windows).
