I really liked this Blue Yeti microphone, I recorded two vocalists in pairs, dubbing voices, also solo vocals, there were no problems with noise or volume, I bought it from the official website of the manufacturer in Russia, delivery was by courier to the Krasnodar Territory in 7 days . I have the Blackout Studio version, thanks to which I got all the necessary software. Everything passed authorization on the sites without any problems according to the attached instructions. The microphone works straight out of the box, even without processing it produces the desired sound quality. I tested it both in a home studio isolated with acoustic foam and in a regular room, everything works like a charm. The microphone is not very big, but looks great in the workplace. It is advisable to purchase a pop filter to cut off unnecessary plosive consonants. Multifunctionality (4 operating modes); ease of use; sound monitoring without delay when headphones are connected to it; Mute button; appearance; high-quality sound both when recording and in headphones; does not slip on the table; metal; also in the Yeti Studio version. free recording software. I purchased this microphone from the official Blue website in Russia, having already dealt with Blue Bird and Blue Kiwi microphones. I got it at a discount and have been using the microphone for over six months. I took Yeti based on my tasks and goals. This microphone helped me out in many moments thanks to its four operating modes, I recorded sounds in the forest, the rustling of leaves, after a little processing in the DAW program I needed, I got decent stereo sound, then I combined it with footage in the forest and it turned out great. The microphone also helped me at work in conferences, thanks to recording around me, I was able to record an online lesson for one group on social networks, and also record a dialogue between two people at the same time, in interview mode. The voice-over mode helped me quickly voice the text for the customer, followed by post-processing with IZotope Nectar and Ozone 8 (which was included). I recorded vocals with mixing and voice-over for a cartoon when I did not have access to an XLR microphone. The microphone wins due to its versatility and multitasking, if you really need them, but if you are just doing voiceover recording at home and you don’t need all these Blue Yeti modes and want something from the USB range, then I’m like other people who left a review about the product, I’ll join you and recommend you the Rode NT USB, yes, it has one capsule, but it’s larger, which contributes to higher quality sound, or Samson C01U Pro, Samson C03U, also very worthy microphones, but if you want from Blue but at a cheaper price, then you might consider Blue Snowball or Blue Yeti Nano.
