High Peak Kite 3

The mid-budget 3-person tent from the High Peak brand is a solution for three-season use. It is primarily designed for trekking scenarios, meaning hiking and cycling outings, as it weighs a reasonable 3.9 kg and has moderate dimensions in the cover (52x17x17 cm or about 15 liters in volume). The High Peak Kite 3 tent features a sleeping compartment with floor dimensions of 230x160 cm, ensuring a good length but a slight width deficit—each person gets just under 55 cm.

The rest area is accessed via one entrance with a mosquito net, a small viewing window, and a 100 cm long vestibule, which should fit backpacks and the tourists' outer clothing. The semi-barrel shape of the model is provided by a frame of two fiberglass poles of standard diameter (7.9 mm): they are positioned parallel to each other. The inner tent is made of breathable fabric, and the outer tent is made of polyester with a polyurethane coating. The latter provides a water resistance of 3000 mm water column, which will be sufficient for moderate rainfall. Additionally, it features a durable sewn-in polyethylene floor with a water resistance of 10000 mm, internal pockets, and a loop for hanging a lantern from the ceiling.
