Powerful and inexpensive ATX v2.3 computer power supply with a low-noise fan and a traditional (non-modular) cable subsystem layout. It is the senior model of the Chieftec Force line of the 2015 model, which includes five models with power from 450 to 750 watts. It is positioned as an affordable product of the middle price category, designed to power high-performance gaming systems with pre-top video cards (typical power consumption up to 300 W) and workstations with professional computing accelerators of the appropriate power. The Chieftec Force CPS-750S power supply is built on a modern hardware platform with efficient circuitry and a reliable element base. Demonstrates good energy efficiency efficiency>85%, corresponding to the 80 Plus certification level. Provides excellent stabilizati...on of output voltages, capable of delivering up to 90% of the declared power through the +12V line (current up to 56.5 A). Under light/medium loads, the durable 120mm cooler cooler rotates at low speeds and is almost inaudible. In addition to the standard cable ATX 24-pin (20+4) and CPU EPS / ATX12V 8-pin (4+4), it is equipped with two PCI-E 8-pin (6+2) lines for powering high-performance video cards, two SATA garlands ( 3xSATA) and cable with 2xMolex (4-pin). Automatic short circuit protection (SCP), over/under voltage protection (OVP/UVP) and overload protection (OPP/OLP) are provided.

How to choose a power supply for a PCBasics of choosing a reliable and balanced power supply for your home, office and gaming computer
Model overview based on user reviews
The Chieftec Force series, including models like the CPS-750S and CPS-650S, is praised for its quiet operation and stable voltage output, making it a reliable choice for various setups. Users appreciate its ability to deliver almost all power via the 12V line, which is crucial for high-performance components. However, the non-modular cables and inconvenient wiring are common drawbacks, with some users wishing for braided cables for better organization, even at a higher cost. Despite these minor inconveniences, the power supply is considered a great value for its price, with many recommending it for both personal and family use. Its durability is highlighted by users who have experienced long-term, trouble-free performance.

The price compensates for the shortcomings

A chic power supply for its price, holds the tension, wires are partially sleeved. Used with Ryzen 5 2600 and Gtx 1080.
Not noisy
Wooden wires
Pintos molex are dangling
Inconvenient SATA cables
Wires are not modular

great model, I really liked it

BP is good. The only thing is that the wires are not very convenient (for me personally). It would be better if all the wires were braided and neater. Even if you had to pay extra for it, it would be worth it.
Quiet. Produces almost all power via 12v line.

One of the top recommendations to acquaintances.

I got myself the 750 and the 550 for my family.
750 Quiet, high-quality, capable of delivering almost all its power on the 12V line. It worked with the R9 290X and now with the 980. As for the 550, it operated even with an incorrectly installed fan (intake instead of exhaust) due to a lousy computer technician. It ran at high temperatures for half a year until I fixed it. Conclusion: an AeroCool or a cheaper version would have already died.
Non-detachable cables. Although in the mining era, this is even a plus. Otherwise, the price would have increased.
