An inexpensive wired gaming mouse that stands out with its vertical design. According to the manufacturer, this shape reduces the strain on the wrist that comes from twisting, so it should be more comfortable for long gaming sessions. Also, the model is distinguished by a large presence of buttons that add some gamepad capabilities to it. In addition to programmable keys with which you can set up commands and macros, a 5D mini joystick has been added.
It will be especially useful in fast-paced games, as it speeds up quick action sequences and allows you to quickly react to what is happening on the screen in five directions. The Canyon CND-SGM14RGB is equipped with a PixArt 3212 optical sensor with adjustable DPI from 500 to 4800 and allows you to change the resolution on the fly. The buttons can withstand up to 5 million clicks. Complementing the picture are 10-mode RGB lighting and a 1.65m braided cable with a ferrite filter that suppresses noise and improves signal speed and clarity.

For the price - I recommend it. 2 years of problems and daily problems, sooner or later it starts to click on the left main click, well, it’s a vertical for 700-800 UAH) Looks cool + there’s an app for customization. The stack is right at your fingertips for navigating through videos/photos/ It seemed to have a defect with the upper backlight, but that's not a problem since out of those 5-7 colors you could set up - I found my ideal one) The lower buttons are inconveniently positioned. And keep in mind that for the first week, your hand will have quite a strong smell of plastic) ![]() |
Practical, decent mouse. For convenience in use, there are several additional buttons that can be useful both in games and at work. From a tactile point of view, everything is excellent. Fits in the hand like a glove. cute, neat, practical no ![]() |
I bought this mouse but didn't get a chance to use it. I was hoping for problem-free operation. 1. Opened it, laid down the cable, and plugged it into the USB port. At first, the mouse was not detected. Press win+X => device manager => update. The mouse appeared. 2. Installation of the software - either it's an issue or a bug in the software. More details below. The manufacturer offers two files for installation. 1) Canyon_Emisat_CND-SGM14RGB_Mouse_Setup_V1.0.4 20220922 (1).exe 2) Canyon_Emisat_Mouse_Setup_V1.0.4 (4).exe I installed the second one, thinking it was more recent. The program installed, but did not detect the connected mouse in the system. I uninstalled (2) and installed (1). It launched. The mouse was found, and buttons can be configured. After rebooting, this program would no longer launch. It provides two types of messages - Sensor error, and the second one - device disconnected. From a tactile perspective, the mouse material is pleasant. The hand doesn't slip. Material, assembly, programmable buttons We managed to start setting up the buttons once. This completely cancels all mouse functionality. |
Many people say it took them days/a week to get used to the vertical mouse. I got used to this one in literally half an hour, and there was no discomfort at all. It feels like I've always used vertical mice)
The RGB is adjusted with a special program from the manufacturer. The lower section adjusts to your heart's desire, while the upper lighting is limited to 5-6 colors (although in the program you can choose the full spectrum, or maybe mine was defective).
I'm really fond of the joystick) Bind the arrow keys to it, and you can adjust the volume on YouTube/skip videos/scroll through photos with it. It's actually very convenient for such tasks. Or customize it to your liking in the program.
The bottom buttons are inconveniently placed and hard to reach, so I don't use them.
