A small hand mixer manufactured by the well-known brand Braun. It belongs to the standard representatives of its type, is in the middle price category and is quite convenient to use. The model has a modest package: only a couple of whisks are included for whipping creams, sauces, regular proteins or mashed potatoes, and hooks for kneading dough of various consistency. There are no additional containers, so you can use the mixer in any fairly roomy dish.

The Braun HM 3100 blender is mains powered at 500 watts, which is a decent amount of power for such a compact device. There are 5 speeds for working with products with different consistency. Additionally, there is a powerful and high-speed turbo mode that actively mixes the ingredients. Manufacturers have taken care of the introduction of patented technologies: the EasyClick system for easy changing of nozzles, SmartMix technology, thanks to which the centre of gravity is directly above the dishes, and the work is almost effortless. As for the appearance, it is quite standard — a white plastic case with a non-slip rubberized handle, on which the control buttons are located, and metal nozzles. The grey buttons are located deep enough and do not cling to the hand during operation.
