I bought it for my wife before the new year. I passed the test of the holidays with a bang. The combine is just excellent, honestly, I didn’t even expect it. Yes, the price is too big, but if you want to enjoy cooking, then this combine is what you need. whisk, the dough is whipped completely everywhere, there are no unmixed zones. The meat grinder turns everything (pork, beef). The mixer mixes excellent cocktails. I very rarely write reviews, but this combine deserves the highest praise in my opinion. does not upset languages, because there is Polish, Bulgarian, which can easily replace these languages. Separately, I want to note the build quality, I really liked it, it doesn’t rattle, it doesn’t knock, it doesn’t hang out. What I was most pleased with was the way this machine handles dough. Let’s say that liquid pancake or semi-liquid cake dough can be kneaded with a mixer, but the way she confidently kneads dense yeast or dumpling dough impressed me. In one batch you can prepare up to 1.5 kg of these types of dough, which is quite a lot. To stretch this with your hands you need a decent amount of time and a lot of physical effort. Here everything happens much faster, the result is obtained with the highest level of quality, and I don’t even need to stand next to each other. I set the desired speed/mode, set up the built-in timer and I can go about my business. Another feature of this particular, rather expensive model is that a kitchen scale is built into the base of the food processor, on which a large 5.5-liter bowl is placed. So you can pour or pour ingredients without measuring them, but simply by looking at how the total total weight of the load increases. The meat grinder is excellent; thanks to its powerful drive, it easily chops even stringy meat, but the toughest films must of course be removed manually. The blender may be small, one and a half liters, but the bowl is of high quality, made of heat-resistant glass. This is important for preparing hot puree soup, because ordinary thick glass will simply burst from hot liquid. The chopper works properly; you can cut and chop with it 6-8 times faster than manually. Sometimes the pieces don't turn out exactly the same, but this is a problem with any food processor. The purchase was not cheap, my husband even asked me if I really needed this food processor)) But now I make such wonderful baked goods with it that such questions no longer arise. But I think the main disadvantage is the dimensions of the car. It takes up a fair amount of space on the table and you can’t just put it away in a pantry or closet, it’s really very heavy. It feels like no metal was spared on it. |
