The food processor of the well-known manufacturer of household appliances Bosch belongs to the middle price segment, but at the same time it is a multifunctional device with advanced features. Thanks to a good configuration, the device can perform various tasks and is able to replace several devices in the kitchen at once. So, the model was based on a planetary mixer with a durable metal bowl with a volume of 3.8 liters, in which up to 2 kg of dough can be kneaded at a time.

The bowl is completed with a transparent lid to prevent splashing, with a hole for adding ingredients without having to interrupt the operation of the processor, as well as three attachments to choose from: a hook for kneading the dough and two whisks (large and flatter) for beating and mixing. In addition, Bosch MUMS 2VM40 is equipped with a meat grinder, a blender with a 1.25 l bowl, a citrus juicer and a through food processor - a nozzle for cutting vegetables, fruits and other products.

The latter comes with four stainless steel discs: a double-sided slicing disc, a double-sided shredding disc, a fine grating disc and a coarse grating disc. Most removable accessories are dishwasher safe. The power of the device is 900 W, 7 speeds are available with soft start and switching, as well as a pulse mode for performing tasks of varying complexity. For more convenient and safer use, there is a motor overheat protection, rubber suction cup feet that provide stability, a cable storage compartment and an automatic parking function (accessories stop at the back of the bowl for easy filling).
