Full size mid-range ATX motherboard with AM4 socket for AMD CPUs based on Zen and Zen2 microarchitectures. Guaranteed compatibility with a wide range of three generations of AMD Ryzen 3/5/7/9 processors (Summit Ridge/Pinnacle Ridge/Matisse cores), Radeon Vega (Raven Ridge/Picasso) integrated graphics APUs, and low-cost Athlon Zen (Raven Ridge) CPUs. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, intended for use as part of mid-range gaming systems.
It features a stylish exterior design using controlled LED backlighting (ASRock Polychrome Sync), an impressive set of popular system and external interfaces, as well as the use of high-quality element base (improved case chokes, durable capacitors). Equipped with a 6-phase processor power converter (VRM). With four DDR4 memory slots, the ASRock B450 Steel Legend motherboard supports an impressive maximum amount of RAM (up to 64GB), giving you more options for future system upgrades. You can connect two M.2 SSDs in PCI-E 3.0 2x/4x mode (up to 16/32 Gb/s) and six traditional SATA3 devices. The powerful Realtek RTL8111H gigabit network controller guarantees fast data transfer with minimal ping.

The motherboard is very good, installed easily, the PCI slots for HDD are excellent (angled), the cooler for M.2 is also good. Psi slots, style -  STonE: use ASRock B450 Steel Legend few months |
A friendly motherboard, Ryzen 5 3600 and memory G.SKILL 3200MHz F4-3200C16D-16GIS started up right away, but you need to install it in A2 and B2 slots to get the maximum frequency, I took the nominal 3200 without problems, I didn’t try further. Friendly, CPU and RAM worked without issues. Good manual. There is not enough experience with the AM4 socket; there is nothing to compare it with.
