Bought a new one. Used and enjoyed it on the factory charge. The battery died. Charged it NOT fully within an hour. Took it off the charger, pressed the button, a beep sounds, the motor starts for a second, then shuts off, and all 4 indicators blink 5 times. Charged it again until all 4 blue lights stayed on continuously. Same story again. Has anyone experienced this? After the purchase, everything was fine until the first charge. The vacuum cleaner is ideal for cleaning small areas, roughly speaking, it's an electric broom, and it performs excellently. I suspect the charger is the problem.
