In general, stay away from this wonderful oven. Not only does it have so many drawbacks, but the first one also burned out after a month of use. I bought a Panasonic - it's like night and day compared to this one. I'm very surprised by the positive reviews; apparently, most people have nothing to compare it with, or they just praise what they bought. I had the opportunity to compare after a year of using the Panasonic SD257 - it kneads to the corners, bakes at the highest level, and the bread doesn't collapse. Draw your conclusions, gentlemen. Initially, the crust didn't brown. I had to use the "crust browning" mode and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes. After a couple of months, the crust started to brown within the baking time. My sister had the same issue initially as well. So be patient and the oven will adjust itself "for your loyalty". I bought this model and got into trouble: the Whole Wheat program for brown bread did not work (the mixer did not start at all), and the oven did not give a sound signal to load ingredients on the French program. The service center issued a certificate of non-repairability, according to which the money was returned. Although Zelmer is a good company, and my other stove (43z011) works great.
