I will add to my post. After the New Year holidays, I received a call from Rozetka, and they informed me that the case was recognized as covered by the warranty. They offered a replacement with new ones or another product from Rozetka for the amount I paid for these headphones. Thanks to Rozetka for positively resolving the warranty issue, even though it took quite a while. As for the headphones, I want to say that I am disappointed with the quality of the materials, although the sound quality and clarity are top-notch. I bought these on Rozetka for 3500 UAH on sale. I purchased them for use with the computer via Bluetooth to avoid tangled wires. After a month of use, the headphones broke. The right speaker mount broke from the arch when I was taking the headphones off my head. On the left speaker, I found cracks in the same spot. The coating on the arch started to peel off, and the Yamaha logo got worn out. I used the headphones for several hours a day at the computer. I submitted a request on the website and took the headphones back to the Rozetka store where I got them. It's been 3 weeks, and no one has contacted me. I called Rozetka's service center. They refused the warranty, citing mechanical damage. I have no idea where my headphones are now. I was very disappointed with the quality of the headphone materials, as well as the warranty, because the sound quality is very decent, and I really like how they sound.
