The teapot fell off the table once, the top lid broke off, it rests on thin plastic. The case cracked.

great model, I really liked it

Minimalist design - great. The plastic doesn't show marks. It keeps water warm for quite a while, though it's not a thermos. Very well assembled: you want to press the power button over and over because it moves so smoothly)) the top button for opening the lid also works precisely. The buttons are quite large, which is very convenient. The shape of the kettle itself is not very typical, as most are designed like pitchers, but this one has a cylindrical shape that makes it easy to pour water into the kettle.
