After I started running, I began looking at smart scales to be able to track my weight loss journey. Since I use Amazfit watches and the Zepp app, choosing a scale was relatively simple. Overall, I am completely satisfied with them. They measure quite accurately and show a bunch of different parameters, such as visceral fat, water level in the body, muscle weight, and much more. There’s just some issue with the app: it says that with 65 kg of muscle, I should weigh around 70 kg... Something's not right with this math. But it's okay, maybe they are designed for a different body type, not for someone who is 180cm tall and weighs 83 kg. Stylish, more or less accurate, shows many parameters.
