The projector is actually not bad, but there are significant nuances!
20 February 2022
This projector truly displays a 4K resolution image on a screen larger than 100" - it's a world of difference compared to FHD. The sound is adequate for a room of about 15 sq.m - you may not even need to buy anything additional. However, there are a few things you need to know before purchasing:

1. This is a single-chip DLP projector - meaning that in many scenes with intense action, you will observe the so-called "rainbow effect" (it's worth noting that you won't find anything else for this price);
2. The native resolution of this projector is FHD; 4K is achieved by pixel shifting (4 times per frame);
3. All image modes, including the gaming mode (with minimal response delays), are only available when the source is connected via HDMI - you cannot use this mode via Steam Link directly from the projector's Android TV, for example;
4. Poor hardware, 2GB of RAM, with approximately 1.8GB available and 1-1.1GB always occupied by the OS;
5. Very strange ports: 2xUSB2.0 (why not 3.0?!), 2xHDMI2.0 (without ARC!), 100Mbit Ethernet (why not gigabit?!, how can you stream a 4k@60fps HDR action movie at maximum quality over 100 Mbit? tested - you can't, the image begins to lag);
6. Nowhere, absolutely nowhere, is it mentioned that this projector does not have an AFR function (later in the disadvantages).

So it turns out that the projector seems good, but a few flaws utterly ruin the impression of the purchase. Most importantly, these are hardware issues, meaning they can't be fixed with updates.

The hardware inside is not at all reflected in the price: 2/32 and the processor is significantly worse than the x96s TV stick (which is only 4,000 rubles on AliExpress!).

Nowhere, in any review or on 4PDA, is it mentioned that the projector does not support AFR, making it absolutely impossible to watch many films or individual segments shot at 23.976fps due to the judder effect. This is a hardware limitation of the projector, and you won't be able to bypass it with software (e.g., through the Kodi player), and even connecting an external TV box or stick won't help solve this issue – it simply doesn't have a 24fps display mode!
