A universal model that can be used both at home and as part of servicing a small office unit — the device can significantly reduce the cost of document management. So, the technique has "under the hood" both a printer with a scanner and a fax machine. At the same time, the Xerox WorkCentre 3025NI MFP consumes the resource of the toner cartridge extremely economically. The printer is an LED monochrome device capable of printing at speeds up to 20 ppm; the maximum allowable load on the printer is 10,000 pages per month, and the print quality is at the level of 1200x1200 dpi.
The scanner boasts an automatic document feeder with a capacity of 40 pages. Document scanning speed is 20 ppm, and the maximum resolution of the scanner is 1200x1200 dpi. The device itself is controlled by a built-in microprocessor with a clock frequency of 600 MHz, the amount of RAM is 128 MB. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with an Ethernet network port and a Wi-Fi wireless interface with the Wi-Fi Direct function, which provides the ability to print documents directly from a smartphone, tablet and other portable devices. Fully compatible with Google Cloud Print, Apple AirPrint and Mopria apps.

I almost bought an inexpensive Hewlett printer when I remembered having to copy user manuals because our frugal Chinese friends included just one in a box for six units. So, I reconsidered going for an MFP (multi-function printer) since I also need to copy documents. A friend recommended this model; he bought this gem for his store. The most important advantage of this device is its versatility. It is most commonly used as a regular monochrome printer. In this sense, it resembles a standard laser printer. It prints at a speed of about 20 pages per minute, which is sufficient for quickly printing large documents (a 110-page document was printed in about 6 minutes). However, since its most frequent task is printing warranty certificates, for me, the speed of producing the first (and often the last) page is more important. In this regard, everything is fine, from clicking the print button to having the finished printout usually takes up to 10 seconds. The print resolution is the standard 600dpi, and nothing more is needed, as the difference cannot be seen on ordinary paper anyway. It scans and copies also at 600dpi, which is quite good. Most devices in a similar class provide only 300dpi, and in finer details, this can already be noticeable. There is a well-functioning automatic feeder for scanning multi-page documents. Additionally, this MFP can function as a network device and print from gadgets via the Wi-Fi wireless interface. I might have gone overboard with the auto-feed and Ethernet network interface. I hardly ever have any serious tasks that require the automatic feed mechanism for up to 40 sheets. I could easily manage with just a built-in manual flatbed scanner. The network is hardly needed, as is Wi-Fi. In my opinion, the cartridge capacity is deliberately underplayed; it could hold toner for 2-2.5 thousand pages in that size, but manufacturers have been stingy in that regard for a long time now. |
No sensors They just delivered it, and immediately a manufacturing defect was revealed; the scan and copier did not work, and the main thing in the manufacturer’s service is not news at all, which means the problem is not in one copy, but a massive defect. Now there are problems with the return. just bought Xerox WorkCentre 3025NI |
