At first, I wanted to buy a separate microwave and even chose a model, but my wife suddenly came up with the idea of doing a complete kitchen remodel. It took another year and a substantial amount of money to bring that idea to life. That's when we bought this microwave. We specifically planned a place for it according to the design and have been using it for five months. What can I say, the microwave is excellent in every way, and even I, someone who doesn't spend much time in the kitchen, have come to appreciate it. This is a genuinely large and spacious microwave. With a volume of 31 liters, it's not small, and the turntable diameter is nearly 33 cm, which means you can fit any, even the widest plate or a small dish. This decent volume is heated by a powerful 1000-watt microwave generator. Few models can boast such power. In addition, there’s an 800-watt grill installed in the upper part of the chamber, turning this microwave from a simple reheating-defrosting unit into a full-fledged culinary tool. Well, that's what my wife told me, but judging by the wonderful pizza she regularly makes in this oven, it’s true. Another very important aspect is the equipment that, besides the usual metal grilling rack, includes a special plate made of ferromagnetic material. While the metal rack should never be used with microwaves, this plate with a non-stick Teflon coating can function as a kind of self-heating frying pan. It can be used with both microwaves and the grill. From the grill, we get a crispy crust on top from the grill and the same on the bottom from the plate. No regular, inexpensive microwave can do anything like that! The ferrite plate, specifically its non-stick coating, scratches very easily, and you can only work with wooden utensils on it. The price is high, but compared to the overall cost of the kitchen, it pales in comparison. Moreover, if one fairly assesses the extraordinary advantages of this oven, it must be acknowledged that it is worth its money. |
