The addition of a pull/push crown provides the watch with a water tight seal, allowing you to excel in any aquatic activities. The crown is protected by a raised guard that is positioned at 3 o’clock. Further protection is yielded through sapphire-coated mineral crystal glass, a material which is favoured by luxury watch brands because of its unparalleled scratch and shatter resistance. On top of the case is a black metallic unidirectional bezel. The bezel can be used to help measure dive time. The zero marker on the bezel is coated in a luminous material which allows for clear visibility at the darkest parts of the ocean. On the flip side, there is a screw in case back. The Dial: The dial is packed with an abundance of features. It features an effective two step design with the centre compromising of a repeating Guilloche pattern that bestows the dial with depth. Within the inner circle sits the Wenger logo beside the 3 o’clock mark, likewise a date window is present besides the 4 o’clock mark. Highly legible lume coated indices form a track around the edge of the dial. Similarly, the obelisk style hands are luminescent too, which allows the watch to be read in areas of low light. The addition of a red seconds hand breaks up the dials understated design by imparting a touch of vibrance onto the dial. Three sub-dials which combine to make a chronograph alongside a tachymetre placed on the chapter ring make this a piece for the sports enthusiasts. The chronograph feature is used to measure time separately, great for timing a park run. On the other hand, the tachymetre measure speed and distance for those who love to analyse their runs to keep on improving. The Strap: The strap is made from leather, which channels into the watch’s sporty origins. The strap certainly has a timeless appeal as it utilises eye rustic brown leather design. It features the Wenger logo pressed into it and also black stitching that runs around the edge of the strap. It fastens easily using a standard buckle, allowing you to easily take it on and off.
