Wechsel Stardust -5° M (232012)

The mummy sleeping bag from the brand Wechsel is a mid-range solution designed for use in cold weather (including winter). With a length of 1.95 meters, the model is suitable for travelers up to 175 cm tall. Additionally, it is important to consider that the width of the sleeping area narrows from 80 cm at the shoulders to 55 cm at the feet. The Wechsel Stardust -5° M sleeping bag features synthetic insulation made from polyester and hollow fiber hollofiber.

To improve thermal insulation, in addition to the adjustable hood, there is a warm collar and a special draft tube along the zipper for protection against drafts. All these design elements should allow for comfortable overnight stays in nature during cold weather, even down to negative temperatures, up to -5 degrees Celsius (but these values should primarily be oriented towards experienced travelers and men).

The outer layer of the cocoon is made of dense polyester with Ripstop weaving and an additional DWR coating that protects against moisture (it does not contain harmful chemicals). The lining of the sleeping bag is also polyester, but a softer and more tactilely pleasant fabric is used. The sleeping bag weighs a moderate 1.58 kg, and its packed dimensions (41x24x24 cm) can be reduced with compression using the included compression sack. It is also worth noting the presence of an internal pocket and support for coupling with a similar product.
