I bought it for kneading dough for bread, but the attempt to knead 500 grams failed, the motor just stopped. The box says 1000 watts, but the description says 500. The thickest dough it could handle was no thicker than sour cream. As a mixer for whipping, it also didn't work, not enough speed even on level six. Vitek VT-1443 is an inexpensive mixer that is designed for kneading dough, mixing ingredients and preparing sauces and desserts. It takes up little space, the body is made of plastic, and the bowl is made of metal. The volume of the bowl is small — 3.5 liters, but at least you can beat 3 proteins or 2 whole eggs. When working with thick dough and at maximum power, it is quite noisy.
Speeds and nozzles
The mixer has 6 speeds and 3 nozzles in a set. This is a dough hook, which is recommended to be used at 1-3 speeds, a mixing paddle (1-4 speeds) and a whisk for whipping (5-6 speeds).
