An affordable CPU cooler based on a radial aluminium radiator cooled by a 120mm fan. It differs from tower structures equipped with U-shaped heat pipes by its small height (70 mm), which allows it to be used both in full-size and compact cases, including meeting the mini-ITX standard. It is positioned as a product of the basic price category, designed to remove heat from Mainstream / Performance class processors from Intel and AMD, released between 2005 and 2019. Capable of handling TDPs up to 105W, which exceeds the capabilities of most standard (boxed) air-cooling systems. Vinga CL3011 CPU cooler is compatible with motherboards equipped with Intel LGA 775/1150/1151/1155/1156/1366 and AMD AM4/AM3(+)/FM2(+)/FM1/AM2(+) sockets. A decent level of performance is achieved due to...the large area of the aluminium radiator and 9-blade 120 mm fan, which provides a significant air flow (up to 1.54 m3 / min) at a pressure of up to 1.8 mm of water. The PWM method is used to control the rotation speed of the impeller. RGB LED backlighting will appeal to fans of spectacular lighting solutions.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Vinga CL3011 is a budget-friendly active cooler designed for processors, offering quiet operation and beautiful RGB lighting. It includes thermal paste and features a 120 mm fan with a maximum speed of 1800 rpm. Users appreciate its efficiency over stock coolers, especially for Intel processors, but note that it struggles with cooling at its maximum TDP of 105 W. Installation can be challenging due to tight fastenings, and compatibility issues are reported with the AM4 socket, requiring additional adapters not included in the kit. The cooler's backlight is not fully controllable, and its size may interfere with RAM placement. Despite these drawbacks, it remains a popular choice for budget builds, particularly for those prioritizing aesthetics and cost-effectiveness.

7-10 quite decent product

well, the cooler is not bad in principle (although at first I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it’s 12mm, it’s crazy from the size, and it almost touches the RAM, so be careful about this, I have a die without a radiator 1mm from the radiator), the backlight is not controllable , unless you can control it through the utility for the motherboard (if the motherboard has a utility for rgb, because the vent has 4 pins, and in theory its backlight can be controlled), and for speed I can advise Speed Fun, it can adjust any vent in the PC ( if of course it is not directly connected to the PSU), and as one buyer already pointed out, a very tight mount, so that it would be easier, unscrew the bolts on the sides, and remove the cooler, and work with the radiator itself (the screws themselves are gray, you won’t confuse, you can see on photo 4 where are they)
quiet, backlighting (purely for beauty), a thermocouple as a gift, although I can’t vouch for its quality, it looks like kpt-8, price, heat sink.
tight mounting, incomplete backlight control

cheap, quiet (really quiet, the system is based on Be quiet, so there is a point of comparison).
quiet, more efficient than stock for Intel, thermal paste included
you will have to tinker with the fasteners of the cooler on the mating part during installation, it's a little tight, although it's possible out of habit

for budget builds, good.

in 2022, I bought it with my last money to cool the Ryzen 5 2600. Overall, aside from the noise, there were no problems. If you want to build a budget PC and need a nice cooler, then the vinga cl3011 will suit you.
beautiful lighting, low price, well assembled
noise, 105 watts it doesn't cool properly, tight fastenings
