"Armored car" from the Chinese manufacturer UleFone, which is ready to sink, fall and withstand various extreme conditions thanks to a whole set of certificates: IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810G. A thick layer of plastic, reinforced corners, plugs on the ports and a rubberized back make it clear that the smartphone will easily go through fire, water, and copper pipes. And although it looks nothing from the front, in general it is a bulky and heavy device with dimensions of 168.2x82x15 mm and a weight of as much as 320 g. In addition to protection, the manufacturer has implemented several more interesting features that are very rare in modern phones. Firstly, this is the main camera, which combines conventional sensors (64 and 2 MP) with a FLIR thermal imager. It visualizes heat invisible to th...e naked eye and recognizes temperatures ranging from -10 to 400 degrees. Paired with it is a 5-megapixel secondary lens. The second feature of UleFone Armor 9 is a connector for connecting an endoscope. Of course, not medical, but capable of becoming your eyes in hard-to-reach places — for example, behind furniture or during plumbing work (fortunately, the cable is not afraid of water). Also useful are a customizable button that can be used for an SOS signal, the ability to measure heart rate, like smartwatches and fitness trackers, and a powerful flashlight. In addition, the smartphone still has powerful hardware and good equipment: a 6.3-inch IPS display that recognizes finger pressure in gloves, a MediaTek Helio P90 processor, 8/128 GB of memory, an 8-megapixel front camera, NFC and a fingerprint scanner on the side. The battery here is quite capacious 6600 mAh — one charge should be enough for several days of normal use. Supports 18W fast charging.

Model overview based on user reviews
The UleFone Armor 9 128 GB / 8 GB is a robust smartphone that stands out with its fast and powerful hardware, making it suitable for demanding tasks. It features a thermal imaging camera from FLIR, which is highly valued for technical work such as wiring and insulation, despite the camera's overall performance being somewhat weak and lacking video stabilization. The phone also boasts a good battery life, supporting extended usage, and a sturdy design that provides a sense of durability. However, the Android operating system is noted for its high resource consumption, which may affect performance, although the powerful hardware helps to mitigate this issue. Overall, the UleFone Armor 9 is a solid choice for users who need a durable phone with specialized features.
Pros

Cons

If you don't have the money for the S62, you can confidently go for the Ulefone.

Great phone for those in the know. The thermal imager is perfect for technical work with wiring, heating, building insulation, etc. The resolution of the thermal imaging sensor is not large, only 80x60 pixels. But believe me, for household needs, this is more than enough! After all, the thermal imager works together with one of the cameras, at 5MP. And the photos show it. Ordered on AliExpress from the official store.
Fast hardware, good battery, thermal imaging camera from FLIR
The camera's performance is a bit weak, and there's no video stabilization.

As usual from this brand, a killer flagship with a really gluttonous OS.
Powerful hardware, cool design, breadth (flagships seem fragile to me, but this one is just, wow)
Well, this is more of a complaint about Android itself, but it eats up a lot, so I had to install IOS from my computer as usual
use UleFone Armor 9 less than month
