My husband and kids often ask me to bake. I love baking homemade pastries and I'm good at it, but I don't always have the time or energy for it in the evenings. Mixing and rolling out dough is not the easiest or lightest of tasks. That's why I asked my husband to find me an electric helper. Since my husband and I pre-approved the purchase together, we chose the most beautiful food processor. I had never heard of this brand before, but after reading what people write about it online, I realized it's a really good option. The equipment is sturdy and branded, it just appeared in our market not long ago and doesn't have active advertising promotion. So, the aluminum body of the food processor with red enamel looks, in my opinion, stunning. As for its performance, I am very satisfied. Not only can I knead dough two to three times faster, but the quality is also better than what I can achieve by hand. The dense yeasted dough is mixed to such uniformity that I could only dream of. Depending on the consistency required for kneading, I use two attachments – a dough hook for thick dough and a wide, shaped aluminum attachment for more liquid dough. There's also a classic whisk for whipping included in the kit. It handles eggs wonderfully. There are ten speeds. Uneven speed regulation. From the sixth to the ninth position, the rotation speed of the nozzles hardly changes, but at the tenth position, the full speed suddenly kicks in. During prolonged use (more than 10 minutes), the area where the nozzles attach starts to noticeably heat up. |

If you are a connoisseur of rare design, then the Smeg SMF01 food processor will suit your taste. But for a stylish red die-cast aluminium case, you will have to pay a decent amount, although the quality and assembly of the device quite justify the cost.
Quality nozzles
Three attachments are supplied with the combine: a stainless steel whisk, an aluminium dough hook and an aluminium beater. It is noteworthy that using the port on the front of the device, you can equip the harvester with additional accessories, such as a pasta set, meat grinder or multifunctional grater.
The combine received a planetary mixing function that allows the working tool to move along the perimeter of the entire bowl without leaving ingredients on the side surfaces. Moreover, this technology significantly reduces the cooking time.
Big bowl
The device received a large bowl made of polished stainless steel, with a volume of 4.8 liters, so you can cook large portions at a time.
The rotation of the motor (800 W) is regulated by ten speeds with a smooth ride, which allows you to work with various products, achieving the desired consistency. Despite the fact that the harvester handles well with its functions, there is still not enough power for a tight test.
The presented model is suitable for connoisseurs of quality, as well as for those who are tempted by design solutions in the style of the 50s.
