The case is part of the Grandia series of computer platforms. This model is designed to create a home theater (Home Theater PC). The platform received non-standard dimensions for HTPC systems — the dimensions of the case are 171x442x362 mm. It will be possible to install even a good gaming system on the chassis, which will make it possible to turn a home theater into a full-fledged multimedia entertainment centre.

The capacity of the motherboard tray makes it possible to use solutions: ATX, microATX, SSI-CEB. The SilverStone GD10 computer case received an unusual front panel. The front part has a reliable aluminium cover, which hides the control panel and a plug for a 5.25″ optical drive. If necessary, the front cover can be closed with a key, which will restrict access to the main interfaces of the system unit.

For memory drives, there are two 3.5″ slots and one more slot for a 2.5″ device. The place of the 5.25″ drive can be taken by a 3.5 or 2.5″ drive. The case comes with three 120mm fans. On the chassis, you can put a power supply up to 180-220 mm long. This platform has a horizontal working position. Improved capacity and good cooling make this case an excellent solution for assembling a multimedia entertainment system.
