I've been using headsets for a very long time. Before this, I had only used Plantronics Discovery since the very first models, the last one was 975. But I was already tired of the headset and started looking for something new. Since I didn’t find anything interesting from Plantronics, I started looking for the best from other manufacturers. there was no price limit. According to the review, Presence seemed more interesting than others. And at the moment I am very pleased with the choice. I have been using the headset since November 2013. There may be better headsets, but from my experience, the headset is simply excellent. Keeps connection very well with the phone and or computer. There is no growling characteristic of headsets. Listening to audio through a headset is a pleasure. I stopped using headphones with my computer. Great voice prompts. The noise reduction works perfectly. Several times on noisy streets I was told that I was calling from the premises. The battery is simply the best. holds indefinitely. It fits on the ear like a glove. I don't use a BTE. I honestly hate them. In general, the headset is very successful. Price. This is a very conditional drawback.
